Whatever happened to the wonderful summer weather we had last week? A week ago I was laying in a deck chair, wearing a bikini and sipping on fruit smoothies. This weekend, it's 5°C and it's raining sideways... Time for hot chocolate, grilling marshmallows on sticks in the fireplace, and watching a movie. Not what I had in mind, but still pretty nice. I hope you are all having a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever the weather is like there!
Dreaming of big, mostly empty walls...
It's definitely time for a Saturday Sweets post again, don't you think? Here is a big bag of eye candy, enjoy!

A nude/beige/woody bag of eye candy for today. I'll be back soon with something more graphic. Enjoy!
I'm on my way out to the garage to find some props for a still life shot we are doing in school on Monday, but I thought I would just drop in here to give you the weekly dose of eye candy... Enjoy!
Ps. Did you notice anything odd with the top picture? It's not a photo! It's a 3D rendering. Amazing, huh?
Fancy some sweets? I have a mixed bag for you today! Let's start with liquorice black and move down to toffee brown...
How are you all feeling this first Saturday in December? Do you want more Christmas inspiration or are you feeling fed up with all the garlands and stars already? I'm offering a mixed bag of Saturday sweets today, so hopefully there is something for everyone!

I got a question this week asking for bathroom inspiration, and as I looked through my files I realized it was time to upload some of the photos to the blog so you all can enjoy them. Here you go!
In other news, the winner of the art print giveaway from L'Affiche Moderne
has now been chosen. And the winner is... *drumroll* Åsa
, who wants to improve her relationship to cats and is wishing for the Cats of the World
print by Gemma Correll, thinking an art print could be a good place to start. Congrats, and I hope it helps!
A bag full of sweet photos matching the dreary November weather outside my window. All the colourful leaves have fallen now, and left is only grey and brown hues. A thin layer of snow would be nice, to brighten things up a bit, but since we are having unseasonably warm temperatures this autumn, that probably won't happen for a while. On the other hand, it's really nice to be able to pick mushrooms in November, while we were up to our knees in snow this time last year.
I've had a busy couple of weeks, thereby the lack of updates over here... But yesterday I got some new motivation to post here, as I discovered that my blog was chosen for a list of the 20 best design blogs
in UK magazine The Telegraph! I'm very good company, so check it out!
And as usual on Saturdays, here you go, a small candy bag of nice still lifes!
Yup, it's that time of the week again... Time for Saturday Sweets!

Ok, so it seems the internet Gods aren't with me. The last week has been full of internet trouble and ended with our electricity cable being cut off. Perhaps it's a sign I should just take a break from blogging. So I will. I'll be posting sporadically, when I can, but don't expect daily updates for the next few weeks.
But now, the Saturday Sweets I know you have all been waiting for. Enjoy!
We are having one of those gray and windy days today, more resembling an autumn day than the end of May. All I want to do is curl up under the covers with a book and a cup of tea. But that ain't gonna happen, because there is a house full of children to take care of, a shelf to put up, food to cook and lots of rhubarbs to take care of. I'm thinking chutney this time, after last weeks pies and compotes...
Here are some pictures that match the weather today, enjoy!
Just a random mix of eye candy today, but I thought the photos worked very well together! I hope you all have a nice weekend!
