Pictures from Höst

As promised, here are some of the pictures that Jonas Bjerre-Poulsen and I made together at the new restaurant Höst in Copenhagen. You can see more on Norm's new blog, New Norm, which is all about their new dinnerware.

    ooooh! I have 2 black chairs exactly the same the ones in this picture. And the good thing is that I found them on the street at Barcelona. Now I'm thinking about paint them in white, but not sure...

    Super fint! Bra jobbat. Jag har en karaff som är väldigt lik de i glas, så fina. Har du stylat alla Interiörbilderna på deras hemsida? Gillar verkligen den första och näst sista bilden här, känns som du också.

    Svar: Tack Klara! Jag har inte stylat alla, jag var ju bara där en dag så Jonas har fått göra det mesta själv. Men mycket av det som är "uppenbart stylat" dvs dukat, travat, uppställt osv har jag gjort. Sedan är ju interiören i restaurangen så fin i sig själv att man egentligen inte hade behövt styla den alls...

    Curious about Höst, what kind of restaurant is it?


    Svar: Thanks! Höst is all about Scandinavian food, but in a modern way. "New Nordic cuisine". So lots of organic and sometimes quite traditional ingredients, put together in new ways. I would expect the prices to be the same as at Cofoco's other restaurants, meaning it is very affordable.
