Distinctively Danish

Perhaps I'm a little influenced by all the Danish style I was fed on my trip to Copenhagen last week, because this home is a little softer and more cluttered than the usual suspect here, but I love it! It has some great graphic prints and cushions, wonderful wood floors, and a cool mix of retro and modern.

    hummm...not really my favorite space but there is something interesting in the first image that inspires me! Probably the striped cushion? the pictures on the wall? the flowers? I don't know exactly but I like it!

    Wow, are the timber floors raw? If not what would they be finished with? We don't see this much in Australia

    Svar: I think they are waxed or oiled. Untreated floors would be very unpractical. :)

    The interior is beautifully composed, the mix of textures and shades of monchrome works fantastically. The colour scheme would normally render the room characterless but this is most definitly not the case here!
