Design Perfectionist

White, black and grey. This is the colour range in creative director and brand consultant Todd Waterbury's home. He is an extreme design perfectionist, arranging all his belongings in neat stacks, even his dining chairs. Nothing comes in to his home that doesn't fit perfectly into his chosen theme, not even a book or a shirt. And I love it! It's so perfect, from every angle, and just absolutely beautiful.

    It's a little too sterile for my taste... that said, as I stare at the not so neat stacks of paper and art supplies I'm working to organize in my home office today, I'm wishing I had a little bit of that discipline and restraint... just a little.

    I would like to see his work when he looses his perfectionism, his colouring range is interesting and it works, I like it, but I would love more drama in his pictures, it doesn't look effortless which does my head in a little. Good post though I always enjoy following on pinterest Emma :)
