Getting ready for Christmas

It seems you are all ready to start thinking about decorating for the holidays, so I will just keep the Christmas pics flowing here! The photos below are what I would like my own Christmas to look like. Lots of white, natural elements and paper details. And of course, tiny trees. In my dreams I will have time to make a black Himmeli too.

    Lau, I have this instruction:

    http://www.elsiemarley.com/geometric-straw-ornament-tutorial.html

It's only for the basic shape, but I guess you can improvise from there... :)

Charcoal and green are perfect emotive textures and colours for Christmas! Although Christmas here is hot and summery. Beautiful! Thanks for the post Emma!

Hi Emma, the link to the diy-geometric shapes seems to be broken, i end up on an rss feed with one message. Loving this series. It feels a little early for christmas, but this morning it felt really cold outside and i got in some kind of christmas-mood just because of that.

Hmm, the link works fine for me. Anyone else having problems?

I'm actually not at all in Christmas mood yet. It's been a very warm autumn here so it's just gray and rainy and not at all winterlike. But this Sunday is the first Advent Sunday, and that is the start of Xmas, so I guess I should just get on with it and get my house ready.
