Design and style from a Scandinavian perspective

I don't know if the average Swedish home is getting nicer, or if it's the real estate agents who are getting better, but I do know that it's becoming more and more fun to browse Hemnet for homes for sale. The pictures below are all from real estate agency BOsthlm.

I know exactly what you mean - and it's only when you are looking for a house do you scrawl through the estate agents websites.

I'm off for a trawl now!

That's really funny Emma... since I ask myself the exactly same question about Danish homes. It seems that living nice is really trendy especially if you plan to sell your place.

The Dutch real estate agents should SO follow the Swedish agents in this respect... The Funda website we have here only shows well styled houses occasionally.

I would say that pictures from apartments and houses in Sweden for sale looks much better than in Norway and it can't be all about the location, right :)

Hi! I loved this post! I have to include it in Pinterest. I do think that staging is gaining more recognition - so I think that could be why the homes look better.

So lovely, uncluttered...very serene/ Some US sellers should look at this home for inspiration!
