Styling 1 2 3

Love this blog! I would have stopped at the first one but added the two small prints on the wall from second image.
I saw this series the other day and asked myself the very question that you ask here. I'd definitely have stopped at the first step myself, but I'd admire all of the arrangements in other people's homes if I saw them.
somewhere between the 2nd and 3rd I think...I just really like the "bird" light pendant which makes me want to go all the way to 3!!
I love the first photo! I wish my desk looked like that! ;)
Vackert och inspirerande.
I would have stopped with the first one, but the third one is the best. The birdlamp and the 'sun' makes the whole picture come together.
offtopic: your rss feed sadly doesnt work...
@matte: are you sure? did you click the rss feed link on the first page and copy paste the url to your rss reader? if so, what happened?
I would have stopped between the second and the third one, combining things from both.
nice post.
Kul att se hur alla bilderna känns "klara" i sig själva, varje bild är så att säga sin egen men ändå ett steg. Jag är nog kanske en nummer tre. Eller två.
Great blog, lovin all the pictures.
Hola Emma,
Well, it depends. If is a product placement, meaning a product feature, I would have also stopped between 1 or 2.Picture 3 is nice for a magazine.
Is curios, after my trip to Stockholm, I've been following also Susann's blog : purple area. :)
besos
In my dreams, or another life, perhaps, I would have stopped between 1 & 2, as you would have. Unfortunately my reality is much more like 3 or even 4, but with "products" that are much nicer than those in the photo. Why style with such boring, commercial pieces unless it's for a magazine (especially like Elle Deco)?
Like your blog, and even have your RSS feed.
I think I might be in the fifth!! v_v He he he

This is fun.. I would have stopped after the first but with some more items of the second so somewhere in between I guess !
Jag hade stannat vid den andra - och kanske tagit med solen från trean också, den gav en glad touch till bilden!
white and simplicity are tops! i'm in love love love with this space!
this is a great great post.
i wouldn't stop in any of them, as i find all of them specific for different people and different aims. even the first is finished to me: the simplicity of that dining table stands out beutifully.
do you know the designer of this monkey like item (it's on the last picture in the bottom right)? I know it's a part of colorfull tableware i've seen in 2007 or 2008. I loved it then, and now I can't remember the designer or product name. Please help :-)!!
I definitely agree that there is a distinction between what looks good in a photograph and what works in a real space. For my home I like the styling of #3 and for a photo shoot #4. I wish I could keep #4 looking good in my home but I know that very quickly it would end up seeming too cluttered and haphazard.
I would have stopped at the first or the second one - depending on how the rest of the room looks like. P.S. Great, inspiring blogg!
anybody know who the table is by?
Thanks for the input everyone!
The table is by Ulf Scherlin, it's called 5 and you can shop it online here: http://www.lannamobler.se/website2/sv/matbord/scherlin-matbord-matbord-5-.php
0lla, I think the monkey you mean is the Sweet Banana sugar castor by Alessi.
Pol, I'm sorry you thought the products in the pic was boring. I actually like most of them and think they look great! Which products would you have used?

gorgeous!
Thanks a lot! "Orientales" are as cute as I've remembered it :-)
