7 years to perfection

Remember this post about interior stylist Katarina Grundströmer, where I wrote that I was sure we were going to see more of her soon? Well, here she is again, this time in Sköna Hem, featuring her summerhouse! When she bought the 1940's house in 2002 ago it was a small red house with a loo in the garden. Now it's a fully renovated white house with an extra 30 sqm, filled with inherited or self-designed furniture pieces, and looking great!

Congratulacions, I love your blog............

Älskar alla gobitar du plockar ut och visar oss läsare :)

Så mysigt! Badrummet var verkligen toksnyggt.

thank you, emma. i finally know what the feature is all about. like all things on skonahem, i can only admire pictures; i do not speak the language. thankfully, you allowed me to appreciate and understand this feature more than just looking at pictures could. :)thanks!

great place... though all the animal skins in a summer house?? Love the combination of all white with this little touch of grey and natural wood.

beautiful bathtub....makes you just want to jump in...love it!!!!

looks wonderful :)

ah helt underbart! dar skulle jag ocksa kunna bo..sarskilt i badkaret och titta ut!

Gorgeous subtle colors and textures. A dreamy home. thanks for sharing. *a

Lovely bathroom on the last pic but don't be fooled by the tap. We ahve that same tap and i hate it. It is hard to use and because there is no levers ( you just twist it) when you run hot water you have to use a towel to turn it off as its so hot. A design faux pas!

What a fun and creative home. And without that 'flea market feel'.. I love how clean and fresh each room feels and love the little tokens from nature.
The bath looks very inviting and also, I am totally in love with the copper pendant!

Gorgeous post as usual Emma.

Kram

Very inspiring post, as usual.

Hei Emma!

I love the wallpaper. Great idea. Thanks for sharing. Greetings from Paris!

ÅH Badrummet!!! Åh allt - men just badrummet!!!

Does anyone know what bathtub that is? Perhaps this one http://www.signaturehardware.com/product9181 ? If that is indeed the same tub, I had no idea that looked that nice. I always assumed it would look much to thick and "plasticy".

I trully adore your blog, everything you post is so precious, full of style. I have just moved in to my own flat and it's a pleasure having all that inspiration!! :)

That bathtub is absolutely killing me. So beautiful!
I'm so glad I found your blog. I'm Danish, and all the American interior design blogs just don't appeal to me. It's nice to see some Scandinavian design, clean lines and lots of white.
You can add me to your list of fans.
