Giveaway time! Make a wish!

The give away is closed and the winners have been drawn!

As a thank you to all of you who read this blog, and helped me win the Stora Bloggpriset award, I am hosting a giveaway this week, to give you something back! I have collected some very nice prices from from some very generous companies! To win, just comment below, telling me which item you would like to win and why. I will draw the winners this Friday, February 19.

One full set of white jersey bedlinen for a double bed, worth around $540, from Beach House Company. I love jersey sheets, but they have been very hard to find here in Sweden, so we only have one set in my home. And now there is a queue for that set, because every time I change the sheets my kids are standing behind me asking if it's their turn to have "the super cosy bedlinen" this time! So now we have made a waiting list. I'm telling you, a few people in this house will be very jealous of the person who wins this set...

Handmade Ceramic Polaroid Camera, worth $65, from Anyhow.se. Anyhow is a beautiful webshop, with lots of stylish things to make your house a home. Many of the products are handmade, others are carefully sourced throughout Europe on one of the owner's many travels.

A set of two Fika cups, worth £18, by Sandra Isaksson from Isak Design. Sandra was one of the first designers I wrote about on this blog, and I have followed her throughout the years, excited to see her launch new products each season. What started out as a couple of trays and posters is now a whole range of wallpaper, childrens clothes, fabrics, stationery, tableware, prints and books!

A set of two round boxes with lids from Dixie, worth approx. $57, provided by Cosas, a Swedish webshop with shipping inside the EU. The boxes measure 24 and 20 cm in diameter, and are made of recycled magazines but with a steady core of wood veneer.

A print with a motif from the Swedish milk cartons! This is a poster, size 50x70 cm/19.6x27.5 inches, worth around $28, generously gifted from Vackra Väggar, a webshop filled with cool things for your walls. I know foreign readers love this design for some strange reason, but I like it too, because to me nothing says "childhood" like this cow, and I think I share that feeling with many Swedes who grew up in the 80's and 90's.

Last but not least, a lovely Friends of Violet poster by Studio Violet, worth €21! I know you all love Camilla Engman and Elisabeth Dunker of Studio Violet, so this doesn't really need an introduction. The size of the poster is 50x70 cm/19.6x27.5 inches and it's printed on 170 gr off-white paper.

So go ahead now, just make a wish in the comments, and the ones with the best motivations will win!

Comments
I would love the jersey bedlinen from Beach House Company. My boyfriend and I love to snuggle up in the weekends, in the cold winter mornings. So far my favourite sheet has been a set of satin ones, but the problem is that we only have 1 set, so this double set would be awesome - then my boyfriend could have super comfy sheets too! They look lovely! :)

I say the new Fika-cups from ISAK. I just like them. They would make a prefect ego-gift to myself :)

I would love the ceramic Polaroid camera. It's so cool and I love the new trend for ordinary products in ceramic. Also my husband is a photographer and we are starting to collect unusual cameras. This would make the perfect beginning to our collection!

I really like the Handmade Ceramic Polaroid Camera, That would be perfect at home in one of my windows, and a reminder that I'm going for a course in photography soon. This is for my pictures will be even greater to show off! =)

It's difficult to choose between the two prints, but I would love to have this Friends of Violet poster/print hanged on the bare walls of my apartment. This gorgeous print would definitely revive it! :)

I would love the jersey bedlinen. My BF works nights every few weeks and I cannot warm up our double bed alone! I end up putting on more and more cadigans and socks and he says it is like coming home to a tele tubby. Romance is suffering!!!

My real Polaroid camera is sooooo lonely! She would so like a friend on the shelf next to her. She is so sad that there’s no film manufactured for Polaroid cameras any more. She really needs some cheering up!

I really like the boxes made from recycled magazines! We are moving to a new apartment in a week and the boxes would add a great splash of colour to our new livingroom. I would place them on the floor and they would do a great job of hiding the ugly remote controls and everything else you have to hide in panic when unexpected guests knock on the door.

I would really like the bedlinen. We are renovating our bedroom as I write, so to be able the make our new bed with these bedlinen in jersey would be "the dot over the i".

I wish for the bedlinen, they are amazing! I just bought a house a few months ago and I'm fixing it (little by little). It's my dream place! But just has a millions things wrong with it! And my bedroom has been the last to get any fixing and my bed is pretty sad and this would bring it back to life!

Ive had my eyes on that "Mjölk"-poster ever since I first saw it. I think it would go very well with our red "Bumling"-lamp in the kitchen. They both bring out sweet childhood memories :)

Wauw, I would love the Arla Mjölk poster. As a graphic designer, this is one of my favorite classic typefaces. If Arla still made cartons like this every child would love a glass of milk. The simplicity, composition and color is just what the wall in my office needs:)

I wish I could have the lovely white jersey bedlinen. Just by looking at it, I know how my husband and I would feel sleeping with it, peaceful and cozy. We have been married for almost 10 months, so our apartment still needs some things, bedlinen is one. But also, I think it would be perfect for some extra support and comfort for my belly, because it´s growing with a very loved baby. (I think she would prefer the Violet poster, though)
Thank you!!

Snälla Emma, I wish for the Arla print. I'm half-Swedish, half-Greek, Australian-born and I lived on and off in Sweden in the 80s and early 90s while I was growing up. So, yes, this poster is a perfect reminder not only of my childhood, but also of a long-ago life in Sweden and the thoughtfulness of my grandfather.

Whatever the result, thanks for the offer and great work on the blogg!

p.s. excuse any poor Swedish spelling, the last time i went to school in Sweden was förskola in 1990!

I would so love to win the bedlinen:-) I am a typically B-person, who loves to sleep in every day if I can- but I cant... two kids who loves to get up in the morning makes that a dream not come true. But I figured I could win this nice bedlinnen, and then sleep great while I do:-)

Thank u for a great blog! Love reading it and I get inpsired every singel time.
Mirjam

Hi,
We would love to have the bedlinen, because of its beautiful simplicity.
We are desperate for new sheets...you can practically see through all of ours they are so threadbare!

Thanks

the set of white jersey bedlinen would be amazing, i'm moving out in a few months and that woulb be an amazing addition at the decoration of my new room !

the ceramic polaroid camera would be amazing too, so i could make ceramic pictures ! ;)

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE the colourful round boxes by Dixie. I like beatiful things that could be both useful and pretty! I have a million things that would be perfect in those boxes. And the fact that they are made by recycled material make it even better!

Definitively the Arla cow print! It brings a lot of memories …

We drove many years (pre-Ryanair-times!) by car from Germany across Sweden to Finland when I was a boy — and I was crazy about that cow (maybe it is even one of the reasons I became a designer?)!

Of course you won! You and your blog are wonderful!
I wish for the box that Sandra's cups are in. The cups are lovely too, but I'm really exited about possibly winning the cups and getting that box.

I would honestly love to win the two fika cups. I'm an international student here in Sweden and because I won't be able to take something massive with me back home to the states, I think something like the fika cups would be perfect to represent what has been a lovely year in Sweden for me. The cups are just so sweet and perfectly designed.
Tack så mycket!

hello
I've never wone anything but thats not making me loose the hopes and i keep on participating in contests.... ah, also lotteries cause i move around quite a lot so i stared buying a 1 euro lottery everytime i go to adifferent country.. still didnt win anything...
Back home they say that if you are unlucky in the game, you are lucky in love, and so am I.. but this is not a game (is it?), is a contest... so i would love to win the jersey bedlinen... me and my partenr married some months ago, Ive never had a proper bedlinen set untill i got married, and that present was wonderfully appreciated, is so different when is the time of putting the "nice" bedlining.... i go to bed earlies, and struggle to get out of it on the weekends.... so having a second one, would make the other half of my days feeling that cozy in bed... what else?
by the way, congratulations for such an inpiring blog...

i have a wish. a wish to share. to wake up on a lazy, sunny sunday morning and stretch languidly in my new luscious white jersey sheets. to roll over and watch the sunshine glint off my husband's 2-day red scruffy beard and watch him sleep. to curl my hand protectively around our growing baby bump. to smile inside at such a beautiful life. to not get up until he wakes and brings me tea in bed while we read the paper. luscious white jersey sheets & sunday morning sunshine. our absolute favorite. this is my wish.

Love love love! ... all the giveaways! ... but as my husband is always complaining that our walls are to bare and my last attempt at producing our own art was a bit of a disappointment, we would be really happy if we won the poster of Violets Friends!! ;)

I would like to win the bedhouse company sheets because I'm a student and trying to move, but it's very hard to get something nice at my age. The place where I live is noisy, my neighbours like playing loud music at night. I always read your blog and i dream of a better place to live. I find your blog very inspiring and I always collect Ideas for a new home. To help me dreaming about that and make my current room more comfy, these would be perfect. They would give give my mind some peace! (if I win I will promise to send you a picture of my bed in the corner with the sheets on it!)

I would LOVE the sheet set. I just bought some sheets that I have to re-purpose or give away because they're just too scratchy. I would deal with it but after hearing my fiance complain last night I know he won't be sleeping with those sheets again!! We're both working students so we can't afford anything too luxurious. A nice comfy sheet set to look forward to settling into at the end of the day would be a blessing!!!

oh benevolent blog fairy - my wish is for the duo of boxes made from recycled magazines. after the fall of my favourite magazines (domino, blueprint, good) i find there is a void in my life that can only be filled with lovely containers made with the spirit of these amazing publications! that said, your blog is on my daily blog reader and i check in every day. i have dreams of filling these lovely boxes with crafty and precious things, like my collection of champagne tops (which i'm working on transforming into tiny bistro chairs...).

please look upon me with kindess, dear fairy!

Oh my goodness...I would be THRILLED to win that Mjolk poster. My husband is Swedish and swears that Swedish dairy is so much better than what we get here in Canada. Would you believe he brings home cartons and cartons of Filmjolk every time he makes a trip back to Sweden? I'm crossing my fingers! xoxoxo

I would love to win the bedlinen. I'm turning 18 on saturday and there are a lot of things that have to be arranged. My parents helped me with that, they will pay for my driving lessons and they are just so wonderful and supporting! (I feel like a sap when I say this in English.) But seriously, I would love to give my parents something back and this would be a nice change from their old, ratty bedlinen.
PS: Now you can see how many people read your blog! Most people don't comment very often, I know I don't.

I like the Arla poster – I think its design comprises so well the nostalgia and the memories of childhood, no matter where you grew up it.

If you could only see the sheetsI have on my bed right now! It's so embarassing: They're full of holes from my stupid cats that I love so much. They are very inexpensive sheets & can't take the sharp claw pokes. I could never kick my babies off the bed, I just need quality sheets that won't disintegrate under my kitties adorable fluffy feet.

Booger & Meowmers need your help to win those bed linens!

Yay! Giveaway!
Those sheets look gorgeous and I know I am not alone in wishing for them.
I check your blog almost everyday and now I feel bad for only commenting when there is something I could win. I do very much enjoy reading your blog though so thank you!

I would adore the white linen! As an artist with a love for fresh white canvasses, I find it absolutely necessary to live in a fresh white environment: a perfect backdrop for creativity, relaxation and the full appreciation of the colour offered by nature.

This is a particular challenge because we share our rural 1974 West Coast Contemporary home with an large menagerie of rescue animals.

Our bed is very rarely unoccuppied by one creature or another, the laundering of linens is an ongoing activity! Therefore, I keep an eye open at thrift stores for linens which are wonderful to the touch. No polyester for our crew!
Congratulations on your award. I called my neighbour to let her know she could vote for you. She is the person who told me about your blog. You have a least two people from Coldstream, B.C. Canada who voted for you.
Regards,
Katy

Ok, here is my biggest wish (today): please, let it be spring! I don't want snow anymore and I am freezing. I want flowers and drinking a latte macchiato outside in the fresh green gras! I don't want to have winter anymore.
Oh, you can't fulfill my wish? Oh, but do you know what would make me almost as happy as sping? The wonderful poster from Studio Violet. I really, really love it! Only with this wonderful poster, I could endure the winter a little longer. Greets from the cold, cold Germany ... caro

Hej hej,
Helt underbara!

I would love to win the Mjolk print! As an American who has been living in Scandinavia, I find myself loving to find treasures that will always remind me of this wonderful place. Even though I do not have childhood nostalgia for the Arla poster...I am sure someday when I am back in the United States it will make me nostalgic for this time in my life.

I'd love to win the fika cups. Sitting in an almost empty apartment on my sons high IKEA chair having had most of my furniture brought away in plastic and destroyed (!) I could use something to cheer me up right now. And Sandra is so talented. I'd be really proud of the cups I promise :-)

The Friends of Violet poster is my greatest wish because it reminds me of my Swedish grandmother's drawings. She was born in 1880 in Kramfors. When we were children, my cousins and I would beg her to draw because we loved the sweetly naive sketches--especially of women and dogs. I only have one of her sketches, and the Friends of Violet poster would evoke that happy time for me. Love your blog and check it every day.
Deanna

I would love the Arla cow print, it's fantastic! I currently live with my in-laws where every wall is covered in either real or fake wood-paneling. The print would be a fresh breath in a sea of brown!

Those white soft sheets. For early winter nights and late spring sunday mornings in bed. For light summer nights of sleeplessness when a new family member arrives. And also because they are just white. Tack för en bra blogg!

oh i would very much like to drink molasses tea with my little jasper out of the fika cups. we are learning the laws of civilized behavior with daily tea parties. he is very much the refined two year old gentleman and his mama's best lunch date.

I am so longing for the poster, my kitchenwall need something beautiful and fun.
The colors are perfect and my friends can see who the looks like the most.
The poster is the thing i need for a kitchen wanna be in.

ohhh wow.... dear, emma you are a bit crazy :) what a giveaway! and so many options! and everything is so neet... but if i have to choose i would love to get ceramic polaroid. (i love the bedding too, but i would feel awkward taking this as its soooo expensive) my husband got a kick on polaroids last year, he takes so many pictures and he still cant stop buying more and more polaroid cameras. he's building a website of his pictures. anyway, this ceramic camera would make happy both of us a lot.

Hi Emma,
I am from Argentina, currently living in New York.
I would like to thanks you for this amazing blog. It is refreshing and inspiring. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

I just LOVE the round Boxes from Dixie!!. Anything that gives someone or something a chance for a second life I GO FOR! Beautiful reuse of colorful waste!!!

My kids would love their art material in them!
I am crossing my fingers
Thanks for sharing your life!
Gisela

I would very much like the fika cups, because they would make my afternoon tea at work just a little bit happier and inspiring! And make my "fik" taste a lot better.

thank you, Emma, for your amazing blog!
I get butterflies in my stomack each time I enter your blog!

I would love to win the bedlinen set as a gift to my husband, we've been married for 4 months now. As an interior designer i am all about color, i love mixing and purposely not matching. My husband is an architect and is all about white. By surprising him with these wonderful crisp white bedlinens, it would show him that it's not just about what i want anymore. What a wonderful cozy way to compromise!!

i'd love those little fika cups! i can imagine sitting down for some lovely tea with them!

The Beach House Jersey Bedlinen look absolutely luxurious, the perfect Sunday Morning component!

Keeping fingers crossed...

I would be so happy to win the bedlinen, our bed is a mess after our first year with a baby, plus a man who has been into surgery twice. Lot of mess, sleeplessnes and illness is associated with our bed. I want a new romantic start!

the mjölk poster is fantastic.
coming from new zealand we grew up with fresh milk, glass milk bottles & home deivery. so it's very evocative for me also, even though i'm not swedish.
plus living in france now, it's quite difficult to get fresh milk. it's mostly uht :(
i would love this poster!
ps. it's also very stylish with the red stripes. it would look so great on our kitchen wall!

I would love to win the friends of Violet poster. Simply put: the characters make me giggle. I love their facial expressions, the simplicity of the form, and the lovely patterns. I just bought a new house (moving in 1.3.10) and would love to encounter such joy on the walls every day.

I would very much love the Fika cups by Sandra Isaksson, to add to my collection! We are just about to move into a new rented flat after a very stressful month of househunting, we will be sleeping on friends' sofas for a couple of weeks in between flats, and I have worked really, really hard on writing and illustrating two children's books for my MA which have to be handed in on Friday. So these would make the perfect housewarming/job-well-done gift (nudge, nudge, wink, wink!) :)

i wish to sleep through the night on yummy gorgeous jersey sheets. i would love to have those dreamy white bedlinens on our bed. my husband and i are still using old sheets from well before we knew each other (ew?), and not only would they be totally peaceful and beautiful to lay down on.. they would really be something to motivate me to design the bedroom properly! xo

would love the Swedish milk poster

I would love to win the Fika cups - my dearest friend is Dutch and has a few sets of traditional Dutch childrens cups that are very reminiscent of these, he uses them for his morning coffee. I would love to give him something so cool.
best,
amy

So nice you're doing a giveaway Emma!

I would love the bed linens! I find that it's so hard to find nice quality sheets in the double size in North America. It seems like the trend is to have super huge beds, and many of the good quality bed linens I like are only available in Queen size at the smallest! Our loft is small and urban, and our bed is only a double, but that is how we like it!

I have the perfect <a href="http://superette.blogspot.com/2010/02/diy-console-table.html" target="_blank">spot</a> for those round Dixie boxes. Not to mention, lots of random things to store inside them.

I'd absolutely love the boxes made of recycled material-i've recently moved to a new city, started my first real job as an environmental toxicologist, and am for the very 1st time living all alone. One thing ive discovered:i have a lot of things, but nothing to put them in. These boxies would lighten up my place, and be perfect for sewing stuff or stickers:) recycling is awesome ( and so is your blog!)

Bed linens—yes please!! With these linens my husband and I could disappear inside a soft rectangle of pure, relaxing cleanliness—the perfect counterpoint for our otherwise chaotic, winter-sludge-filled nyc lives.

As a bonus, the linens would look so nice with some pillows I made. Thanks for doing this.

I love it all! The bedlinen would be perfect in my newly renovated bedroom. All white <3

You know what? I've had a lonely winter, having moved far from family and friends to a place with bare trees and dirty snow. If Violet's friends from that poster were to visit my studio wall, I think I'd greet them every morning with a smile.

The cups are beautiful and would help me keep my sanity while trying to write my thesis. These days I dream of microsoft excel and see electrical recordings from neurons dance past my eyes..

I would like the Friends of Violet poster because I get lonely in my windowless office and need company. Help!

I'd love to have the round boxes! Spring is coming and I'm in the mood to clean and organize. Those boxes would make a lovely match to my basket which is made by newspaper in a very similar fashion.

Thank you for organizing such a great give away! :)

I wish for the bedlinen, since I just decided I only want white linen in my bedroom from now on. This set would be my first set of 'grown up' sheets after many very colourful Ikea and HEMA ones...

I've ogled the Friends of Violet poster for ages now - not so much because I love it, but because our cat has this weird obsession with handdrawn animals. She thinks they are real and tries to paw them, talk with them. And what with all the snow we've had outside for a really unusually long time now, Schröder (the cat) simply is in desperate need for some entertainment.

I wish for the MJÖLK poster... I am just about to 'step off a cliff' and go with my partner to Canberra. We don't have the money to ship all of our stuff and I have had to sell so many things the last few weeks. But a poster weighs so little. :) It would be such a wonderful reminder of home to have on my future kitchen wall such a long way from home! Jag håller tummarna! :)

the MJÖLK poster is amazing, i would love to win that. i've been tapping into my swedish heritage more than ever this past year, baking kanelbullar for my husband, white interiors and cozy linens. i could think of nothing more perfect than the MJÖLK poster for our first home as husband and wife.

one day i would incorporate it into the pippi-inspired nursery room i'm dreaming of, but shhh...don't tell my husband i've gotten that far yet!

The little teacups, I love their lines, I love the colors and their decoration. The little box is really nice too. And also, I love teatime with my daughter, we have several special cups that we always choose from, and these would make it extra special.

I wish I could win the Friends of Violet poster, because it would look so lovely on practically any wall in my apartment. It's the first apartment my husband and I have ever owned, and we chose the wall colors lovingly, but there still is hardly any artwork on the walls.

Also, we get all of our jersey sheets at Jysk, and I believe they have stores in Sweden as well. They may not be as exquisite in quality, but they're pretty good.

"Arla lalala lala lala", kommer du ihåg den reklamen?
Den har etsat sig in i min hjärna och poppar upp titt som tätt. Tänk att ha en egen ARLA ko att sjunga för! Det vore en dröm!

I had no trouble deciding! Often the smallest things are the most beautiful, and the Fika cups are simply lovely! I have no other motivation besides desiring a little more color and playfulness in my dreary Midwestern February. Thank you!

The camera! I love Polaroids. I got my first when I was five and brought it with me everywhere. It's so hard to find cool polaroid memorabilia nowadays, too!

I've become a huge fan of contemporary Swedish design thanks to blogs like yours and Fine Little Day and others. I would love the Fika cups so I can have a little bit of Sweden here in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Definitely the Studio Violet poster. I've been longingly admiring it.

We drink 15 litres of red milk every week in our family. With three growing boys that loves to drink "cow-beer", the poster with the red Arla-cow would be perfect in our kitchen!

I'd love to decor a wall in my newly bought house with the Friends of Violet poster by Studio Violet. And a big TY for hosting this exciting give away.

Hi Emma :)
I would love to win the Studio Violet poster. I've been a fan of Camilla Engman's art for years. I've had several of her calendars, but I haven't been able to save up my money this year for the 2010 calendar. This poster would be a delight. I'm in the process of getting my flat in shape. I moved in last summer, but it is still taking me this long to style it just right :)

erin

Hej Emma, thank you for your blog - I like it very much :)
The only wish would be the Dixie-boxes. Cool idea and cool design.

Dear Emma,
I would really like to win the set of white jersey bedlinen.
My boyfriend and I set up our own graphic design Studio a few month ago (your blog is a perfect inspiration for our window-dressing. Thank you very much!). Especially in this time we need a calm, pillowy place to fall into a deep, recreative sleep.

Hola Emma !
I would like to win Fika-cups from ISAK DESIGN. I appreciate hand made design.I believe the future of design is clever consumption. As the present economic situation pushes consumers towards more conscious preferences, I believe rational thinking and sustainable values are becoming vitally important and relevant.

I wonder if she does her own production, do you know?

Giovanna

We are moving next month from the US back home to Austria with our 3 small children. We can only take our suitcases and some boxes of things with us. That means starting over from scratch! Having beautiful white sheets (that i could never afford :) ) would be a dream come true. an empty room with just a mattress and such sheets. a very nice start.
thank you for all the inspiration and your work in it!

Dear Emma,
Hope you are fine and your baby too!
I'm a superfan of white bedlinnen and I promised myself never to go for colours again. It just sleeps so clean and fresh!
So in my dreams I sleep already in your prize-sheets! You can make my dream come true! Go for it!
Love,
Cal

oh heavens, how to choose! I think I would have to pick the bed linens, what a luxury prize that would be! thanks for the awesome giveaway!

sorry, just realized I didn't really say "why".... i like to change my bed linens with the seasons, and the white would be such a lovely way to start spring!

OH! The round BOXES! Oh, the BOXES ... the boxes need to be filled with ... small bits of old wallpaper and yarn. DIXIE - lovely landscape, lovely cheesy music, lovely fudge. Please, now that i've seen them, I desperately want to know what they feel like on my fingertips. Did I try too hard? But why, I STILL need them sooo. Mia

My wife's birthday is coming up, and she has an affinity for all things white ceramic. I'd love to surprise her with the Polaroid Camera.

Emma, thanks for your amazing blog & arranging such a cool giveaway. I would most of all love Friends of Violet poster. I'd love to have it hanging above my bed... it reminds me of all the happy endings in fairytales where the princess gets his prince and the good wins over the bad. what an amazing source of inspiration and hope when I could wake up each day looking at this wonderful poster

I love the Friends of Violet poster!

How very generous of you to share!!! If I could have a wish it would be for you to decorate my home but in the meantime I' love the ceramic camera to match all the milk glass I inherited from my Nana and the wooden toys my Pop made. They could make a happy family on my mantle:)

I would absolutely adore the 'Mjölk' poster. It reminds me of the calm mornings i spent when living in sweden. The wonderful simple breakfasts...and always with a carton of Arla mjölk. I love the simple design and would love it as a reminder of such a happy year!

congrats on your win! what a fantastic, generous + unique giveaway.

I would love to win either of those posters...the studio violet would look especially lovely in sweet millie's room ;-)

The Fika cups! I am a collector of teacups and vintage juice/cocktail/cordial glasses, shopping anywhere from flea markets to Target to our little Asian groceries for great finds. They would brighten up my cup shelf!

My boyfriend and I are having to do long distance for a year, he lives in Chicago, I live in Dublin and we can only see each other every 4 months. It would be so lovely to have such sheets that would keep me warm when I'm on my own without him, and that would keep us cosy when he comes to visit.

Hello Emma!
I absolutely fell in love with the Swedish milk cartons print!!! Being Swedish living in France I miss Sweden and Swedish things. Hanging this print in the kitchen would definitely make me feel good and I could dream away to the North and my childhood while eating my breakfast.

congrats and i'd love to be the proud owner of your bedding prize! i commented on the blogpost at the bottom of page thinking that's where i should comment but hence i looked again and found this large list of interested folks. i'd love to give away my old linens in place for that beautiful set!

I like the Milk-poster. Since i rarely got milk in the fridge and when i do remember to buy some at the grocery store, it disappears at warp speed. It would at least remind me to buy some more...

I wish for the Ceramic Polaroid Camera! It's so charming and would look great on my white counter together with my framed old polaroids from my parents honeymoon in Austria from the late 70's.

I would love to win the bedlinnen to dream between the sheets of a fresh start and gain finally enough energy to make things happen.

I like your blog very much and since you posted about the story hotel, I'm dreaming of travelling to stockholm.

I would love the jersey bed linen! im just crazy for cozy white linen and i know these ones would probably not help with my troubles getting out of bed in the morning but who cares, i would sleep like a king.

ohhhhhhh I would love the bed linen as it would look great in my all white bedroom that I finished last summer, I am still aiming for great bed linen beside the on set from Zara I am so in love with... That's with purple accents but a plain white would finish the Scandinavian feel I wanted to give to the room.
All the best from Amsterdam
desiree

three years ago, my boyfriend, a good fashion photographer left me, and even when at that time it was a big surprise for me, right now I look at me in the past and understand the situation, as I was really difficult to bear due to all my insecurities and perfectionism.
i became ill and all of a sudden forgot about everything in life.
two years ago, I overpassed that horrible situation I detest called depression (once in my lifetime, never again, I swear) and the moment I realized I was cured was when, as a present, I contacted my ex-boyfriend sending him as a gift a antique camera I bought him in Asia.
One year ago, I even began working for him again in his magazine.
This year, I would like to have the camera you are offering to give it to him as a present; I don't want him to be my boyfriend again, but I want to thank him for the happiness I felt when I was with him.
Don't know why am I telling this in public.... I even don't want to take out the camera from anyone who could be more interested than me... but thanks anyway.

oh! any of those would do!
i wish i could make my bed look like that!
i wish i can visit Stockholm one day!

would love the jersey bedlinen from Beach House Company. For our second anniversary which happens to be on Valentines Day I've got a handmade beautiful wooden bed from my boyfriend. We're going to take a further step in our relationships, meaning we're going to move in together, so this bed is a symbol of promises and more happiness. The bedlinen from Beach House Company would sweeten everything up.

And thanks for the chance to win!!!

Hi Emma, no thanks for watching you almost daily. But if you insist on a thanks, well of course the Jersey bedlinen from BH Company! Just to extend the wellness experience after for instance a sauna evening here at home and share some of your best choices of quality in real life. And if, I promise to never put them into the dryer machine! Please when do we see your new kitchen? All best and keep on going!

I would love to win the Friends of Violet. I had to get a new apartment since my girl broke up with me and most of the nice stuff we had on our walls got left with her.

i wish for the bed linens. i just bought my first home. hooray! nearly all of my furnishings are hand-me-downs or scavenged off of craigslist. it would be so nice to have something NEW. something that has only ever been mine. thanks for this lovely opportunity!

i would love to win the mjölk poster – quite simply because it reminds me of my brief but wonderful time living in sweden. i have such incredible memories, and this design takes me right back to my student flat, the fun get togethers we had in the kitchen during winter and enjoying fika every day at university! thanks emma, love your blog :)

Oh the Studio Violet poster is on my wishlist for so long know!!! I can imagine how perfect it would be in my retro/flea/mixed living room ! Thank you Emma for this great giveaway!!Cheers, from Porto, Portugal :)

Felicidades!

I wish for the set of two Fika cups by Sandra Isaksson. It would be great to be a owner of something that she has designed....I already have my own names for the people that are on the cups. Bodil, Signe, Anxo & Jessica (me)

Many thanks for the giveaway!

Either the camera or the cups! I can't decide. I love the simplicity and quirkiness of the camera, but the cups are too adorable.

Ooohhh la la!!
Cups or bedlinen???

The 2 cups would be my little sunshine in the morning. My coffee would smell and taste soooooooooo good!!! I think I would leave them at work. It would motivate me to leave home earlier! The second cup would be for my friendly coworkers that are always passing by when my coffee is ready.
In the summer I would take them back home and I would have some tea time with my girls.

The bedlinen would be sooooo great! Our bed is a desastrer! I keep buing the wrong sheets. When i wash them they just keep tearing and tearing ( i try to repair but no it doesn't work). Pathetic...I wake up in the middle of the night, my foot are stuck under my sheet... I have to cut them and transform them into little costume for the kids, but if I do that, I need to have some real bedsheets!

Well

Thank you for those nice giveaway!

Here's the deal: as a newly single girl, it would be nice to have something to look forward to when going to bed. I only have one set of matching sheets, from Ikea, as I wore a hole in my old white jersey sheets! Know that I would greatly appreciate a nice set of sheets to pamper myself each night as I dream of better nights.

Thanks for your consideration!

i would love the bed linens! we are renovating a 1862 brick house in NY and we are finally going to move onto the second floor and into our new bedroom. I would love new sheets, since I haven't bought any yet for our big move!

I'm one of your foreign readers that loves the design of the milk carton print! I would love to win that poster...I hope you could send it to Canada! My great-grandma was from Sweden and although I've never been to Sweden (yet!) or seen this milk carton in my life, it would make my heart happy to have this print in my kitchen!

The bedlinens would be amazing to win - they're the type of thing I really should buy but would never splurge on!

Great contest. :)

I'd like to win the Fika cups by Sandra Isaksson because it reminds me of my trip to Stockholm last year 3 months after I had my baby and that trip taught me how to be still and enjoy the being of not doing anything.

I love the fika cups, they are absolutley adoreable!

Awwwwww, I`d love to win the Dixie boxes (never participated in a giveaway before). They would cheer me up since we have to move in a couple of days and leave our beloved Berlin behind. They would be perfect in our new home.
Love your blog!

I love the Milk print. I'm about to move into a new apartment in Brooklyn and would love bring something that reminds me of Sweden and my childhood, which brings up a lot of happy memories...

thank you!

i'd like to win the Fika cups, please. for my mom and dad's anniversary one year, i gave them a set of glasses so they could toast every year. i'd these cups so my husband and i can toast each year, be it sake, champagne, tea or water from a stream.

I am drooling over the bed linens! My boyfriend and I just moved into our first apartment together, and those gorgeous sheets would be a wonderful way to help make our new bedroom special and romantic. I bet they're great to snuggle under. :) We're both grad students, so we certainly couldn't justify buying something so luxurious for ourselves!

I would love the linens. They would help distract me from the spring digging into my back.

I'm also wondering if it's possible to get my hands on the milk poster stateside? It's completely new to me, and I love it! Maybe I ought to change my wish to that, and it would be the first thing hung on our walls!

I totally know that my brother would be crazy about the milk-print. He has just got his first own home and he loooves milk. We grow up in Sweden but he now lives in Copenhagen. I would be perfect for him.

I would love to win the sheets. Spring is coming and my favorite thing to do before I go to bed is open the window and let the spring air come in. Then when I get into bed I can smell the fresh air in the linens. These linens would be so perfect and snuggly!

Hi to all! my boy and i just got our first espresso machine as a present... for the occasion i even started loving coffee!! the FIKA CUPS could possibly be our fisrt amazingly designed cups..
crossing my fingers
cheers!

I would love the milk poster for Bailey - my 15 month old non-stop milk drinker! Click my url and tell me you can deny her? hahaha :)

The bed linen would do my broken heart some good I think. Recently moved out of a long relationship and am now sleeping alone in a big bed :( I really have a soft spot for cosy linen and never really had that exclusive linens.

P.S. You have the most amazing blog! Thank you for the inspiration.

The Fika cups by the amazing Sandra Isaksson + my favorite morning tea + emmas.blogg = an inspired and unstoppable me! (My own design work would also appreciate the opportunity to spend time with some international ceramic friends. Maybe they'd learn some Swedish...)

For the linen:
Double quilt is for people with lots of love.
I for one would never have two, the closer you get the better!

Wow! Great prices! Dear Emma, you inspire me every day and i read a lot of blogs and Emmas blog is one of my favorites! As I often snuggle down in bed with my laptop, it would be even more cosy with the best bed linen from the Beach house company.....:)

oh wow, I just saw the Jersey Bedlinen and I can already feeeeeel it, oh so smooth!
There is this one company around here in Munich that sells Jersey Bedlinen, but unfortunately they ran out of my size and I can't wait to finally have one - will ou make my wish cone true?
I am sure not only I would love it but also would my son, two years old, when he crawls into my bed in the mornings...
He is very sensitive with touching things and rubbing them etc, so whenever he drinks milk in the mornings, he will take the bottle in one hand, and with the other one, he will feel things around him, like my shirt, the blanket etc. and twist them in his hand...
would be wonderful to have these beautiful white bedsheets....
daydreaming...
(+ it would make a perfect birthday present for me, my birthday is coming up...)
best wishes from Munich, Germany, Veronica*

I would deffinetly choose the jersey bedlinen. Other items are nice too but not guite my style.

My wish is for the bed linens! Dreaming should be done blissfully; in this scrumptiousness I'm sure I'd find it. Thank you!

oh the linen :)
we just got around to putting up a black and white forest wallpaper behind our bed, next we're gonna build a headboard, so the jersey linen would be the perfect complement for our bedroom.

FIKA CUPS.. pretty please with a cherry on top.
They would go lovely in my kitchen.
My bf and i drink turkish coffee every morning, FIKA cups look identical to the traditional cups you would use, just more jazzy ! please please please !

Dear Emma,
First of all congratulations with winning the award! Definitely a great achievement and well deserved.
My daugther of almost five always tells me that she does not like our white walls and hangs her own drawings everywhere in the livingroom. The Friends of Violet poster will definitely be of great inspiration for her, fun for us to look at (the colouring is exactly like our interior) and our home will no longer look like daycare....;-)
Many thanks!

Me and my boyfriend have a band. We´re called Duo Muh:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y2uIjuv8luo

If I could give the milkposter to my boyfriend for our 6 year anniversary it would make our kitchen and band even better - since we write most songs in our kitchen (there for the kitch!) :)
PS. Love Ur blogg!

The FIKA Cups are beautiful. Me and my little girl would just love to play "go to the cafe" with them and enjoy the first sunny days on the balcony ;)

Greets and thanks for all the inspiration you put directly into my otherwise triste mail-in!

hello! I'm a big fan of your blog from Estonia. I got so much inspiration from your writings so I started my own blog where I share my thoughts and photos (before and after) of our home renovation. we have painted our walls white and they would look so much better with the help of this beautiful Friends of Violet poster.

I wish to win the Mjölk poster. I am 16 weeks pregnant and just about to start fixing the babyroom.
this poster will be perfect for BabyNilssons room.

I wish to win the Friends of Violet-poster, because I really fell in love with it. And I just moved in with my boyfriend in his apartment, and most of the stuff are his and not so much mine. This would look really nice in our bedroom (which also is my working space) and I would love to have something of mine, that I love, to look at when I work. :)

I would LOVE to win the Mjölk-Poster. It would perfectly fit and match in my son's childrens room. You would make both of us very happy :)

Please please let me win the polaroid camera. i lost my canon last week. i would take great comfort in the ceramic alternative !

Of course I would love to win the bedlinen because the way you talk about it just makes us want to be tucked in those sheets. And also because I already own the Isak's cups and the Studio Violet poster. It seems we have the same taste, which is probably why I love to wander on your site.
Well, well, let's wait and see what comes out of the draw on Friday...

i would love to win the ceramic polaroid camera :D i collect cameras, and some day i hope to have a big shelve full of them :D

Oh! The recycled boxes are so pretty and original!
They would be great in my little student-room in Belgium. I'm a collector of boxes, and these recycled boxes would be very special to add to my collection. I'm already excited while I'm thinking of winning them! I realy hope they will travel all the way to little Belgium. I cross my fingers..!

I would love to win any of those wonderful gifts but most of all I would like to win the fika cups. I love tea and cake and I would love to embrace the tradition of fika here on the other side of the world.

i would love to win the bedlinen.
i love cool white soft bedlinen.

i would love to win those bed linens. i am currently trying to achieve the perfect bed on a frugalista budget & these would be amazing!!!

How will you ever decide - everyone has such great reasons for the luxury linens and the other gifts! I would be thrilled with the Studio Violet poster, there is so much going on in each little box! The colors are lovely, too, and it would be the perfect gift for my daughter who is just starting out in a very first place of her own, having shared a room with siblings all her life!

PS Thank you for your refreshing blog, I'm a regular reader!

Hi, I would love to win the print of the Swedish milk carton to put on the wall in my kitchen in London. It would add a stylish touch of Swedish-ness to it -- especially appreciated as I'm feeling a little homesick for my mother country at the moment.
Thanks for a great blog!

I really like the set of white jersey bedlinen. Another excuse for spent all the day and all the night in the bed with my love.

I would love to win the camera. Normally I hate to be photographed, but this great thing could be my new best friend! ;)

I would love to have the jersey bedlinen. In a home with four growing children the money tend to go to clothes and things for them. New bedlinen for us, the parents, would be a luxury that is not often seen over here.

No doubt! I'd like to win the Fika cups! Just moved from 36 m2 to 75 m2 and with all this place to "play on" they would be a fun and different among our few other things. :o)
Best regards from Denmark
- Pernille

I'd love to win the Friends of Violet poster - I'd give it to my daughter (2 years old in few days), to put it on a wall of her planned first room. It would brighten our new appartment where we are moving soon. The colours are just perfect and the lovely pictures would illustrate well the bedtime stories we tell her.
...
Thanks again for the blog, it is a pure pleasure to find inspiration here.

Love the fika cups! What fun little things! I just hang a tea shelve, they would just 'make it'!!

- Take care from Canada

I covet those jersey bed linens...wonder how they would feel on my bare bottom?!

All the day, i think about, how to build the"right" surface in textile for many options-because i studying textiledesign.Sadly, normally i do make things for others &this luxury doublesheet is completely out of my range- it would be so great, to get this wonderfull sheets for me;-)

Sorry ( the empty comment) my new mouse is so quick. I would like to have the bed linens.

The bed linens are just wonderful! They would fit perfectly in our new bed. A new bed needs to be treated like this - with white love!

SIMPLY FALL IN LOVE WITH THE BED LINEN!
They are so snowy white that i could like to tag a little bit on them too-but, in a nice way!!

I'm a graduate student in education in Boston, MA. I check your blog everyday and the daydreams it induces helps me to get through the longest school lectures. My bed is my haven here and it would be incredible to dress it up in the softest sheets in the world--also, thanks to my all my student loans, ones I could never afford on my own. Thanks so much for putting your blog out there, it's really wonderful!

How lovely!

...and I love the Mjölk poster! I nearly smuggled out a milk carton when I visited relatives in Sweden, but my mom said it wasn't very hygienic...sigh..

Congrats on your win! The bed linens look super duper cozy, like a big marshmallow you just want to sink your tired body into. I would definitely not let my lab puppy sleep on our bed anymore. She would have to bunk with one of our daughters for a little while.

Hi, I would love the ceramic polaroid camera to go with my collection of real polaroids. Such an iconic image for photography and the everyday pics of everyday life. Thanks, Jill

Great stuff and I LOVE your blog!
I would wish for the ceramic camera for my friend Julie.
She has been lusting after it for awhile and had a chance to buy it locally, in Texas, recently and they sold out before she could. So we drove to Austin, TX to look for it and still no dice.
And she deserves to have it because she is awesome and has great taste!
xoxo and thanks for all the inspiration!

yes please.

Good Afternoon Emma,
I would love to own the Friends of Violet poster. It is so ,so relaxing. The calm colors are beautiful. I found myslef staring at the photo of this poster and finding something different everytime I looked at a box.

Donna

Hi Emma!

I just bought my first apartment and this blogg has been a great inspiration source for me throuougt the whole process of decorating and furnishing.

I still have one problem though, i am right now sleeping in my old zebra-patterned bedsheets with allot of holes and broken stitches.

So please make my Emma-inspired apartment look even more beutiful!

Thank you!

I would just LOVE LOVE LOVE the bed linen. My bedroom is my most sacred and favorite place. Unfortunately, wear and tear and dwindling funds have left them looking like a sieve! These jersey bed clothes would be such a rare luxury, they are definitely something that I can not see myself affording in this life time:( So please pick me and help me fulfill my dreams of an oh soo white sleepy wonderland! :) Keep up the beautiful work.
Orlagh

Hi Emma,
for 15 minutes my darling called me in our bedroom to watch your pictures and ideas. Congratulation for winning, and of course we love your giveaway times, too.
And which item would we like to have? The first one, the very-very white bed linen.....hmmmm..because it is like a field full of snow. Isn't it?
Here, in our country (Hungary) we had this winter many times with peaceful and calm falls around us, covering our dirty-modern-romantic Budapest to make everything clear, virgin and mellow.

Congratulation with the award! I wish for the lovely poster from Studio Violet because it makes me think of the lovely Blogworld that I enjoy very mutch! I am very thankful for all the inspiration you all share!

Love all the giveaways! But violet poster would fit just perfectly in our new house. It is very special to me also because for some reason it reminds me of my favourite granny, who I miss veryvery much. It would make a perfect starting point for decorating our new home.

Thank you for your idea supply ;-)

Swiss cow is looking for the Arla-cow: Being a swedish girl living in Switzerland, I miss Sweden quite a bit and I'm therfore a frequent visitor of a lot of nice swedish design blogs. This makes me happy and what could be better than a Arla-cow hanging next to the Swiss cow-picture which decorate my wall right now? :)

I wish for the two round boxes from Dixie. I am in desperate need of motivation now since I am job hunting. So that is why I would be very happy to receive a package in the mail with a gift to cheer my day up. It would also be nice to get this present since being unemployed you can't really spend much money on those special things.
So please make my day with this special gift with the two beautiful boxes that would suit me perfectly. :)

Thank you for your fabulous blog.
I´d like to win those nice, felize, wonderful, hyvä, bello, läckra jersey bedlinen from Beach House Company, because I have heard people say; Once you get them , you`ll always get them. That makes me beleave they really are "super cosy" (A lot like your blog ;-))
Thanks
Nina

I love, love, love the containers! because I can never have too many storage options for all my knitting needles, brushes, and collage pieces!

lovely blog, happy to stumble upon it!

oh wow emma, what a lovely idea! i almost fel asleep while seeing the cosy bed with the cute bedlinen. and it's quite hard for me to fall asleep these days. we have been robed two days after christmas. they came through our sleeping room. there's a tiny balcony. so why i would love to win this bedlinen? they could make me sleep veeery well again. and i miss my sleep so much. you as a new born mom can totally imagine, can't you? anyway - thank you for this giveaway! and your blog. love it! good night & god luck, steffi

The Friends of Violet poster so too cute!
I'm moveing next month to start fresh and this lovely little poster would be a great pick me up and help make my new apartment feel like home.

Heather

Wow! So many beautiful presents...
I wish I can have the Fika cups because they are simply gorgeous and my husband and I love eating boiled eggs at the end of the day while we chat, and those would be perfect for that!

I wish I may, I wish I might, win the wish I wish tonight. Those bedlinen they surely would delight, not only when it's night but also when it's daylight! They would be my delight, always in my eyesight, especially now when all I can feel is frostbite!

It is so hard to choose! they all are so nice, elegant and sweet! I am in huge need of good sleep, so would love to win bedlinen set. I would sent my husband and pup sleep on the coach and just indulge myself:) Selfish??? May be, just for one good sleep:)

My absolute favorite whould have to be the bedlinen set, followed by both the Dixie boxes and the Fika cups - I can't decide which one among those two is my favorite, they are both charming!

Ooh, definitely the boxes for my "Swedish" bookshelves in all white which are only half-full of books.

Hey,

I really would benefit from winning either the arla-poster or the round Dixie recycled boxes! It will be a present for my sweet wife, as I embarrasingly enough forgot Valentines day..

Please, Emma..

I really love the fika-cups! I went to school with Jenny, a swedish girl, who taught me the fika-tradtion.. In memory of her, whom I do not see as much as I'd like as we live in different countries - I will be sooo happy to win these! Thanx for a great blog :)

Hej Emma,

Hey Emma,

I'd love to win the bed linen for we have just redecorated our Master bedroom and the linen would top the result off. The room Is painted in mocca und brown and we have a dark brown bed and a retro sideboard im brown of my grandma that my sister refurbished for me as a Christmas/birthday present. The white linen would just give the spark of light that is finaly needed in the room.

Greeting from Germany yours Yvie

I would like the bedlinen set. every week-end my kids love to come to our bed after the breakfast. they jump, they make a house with the cushions and the blankets it's the best moment of the day.

I would love the bed linens. More than one good friend has talked about how much they love sleeping on their
"good" sheets, but to date the budget just doesn't have room for that splurge!

I would like the bedlinen set. every week-end my kids love to come to our bed after the breakfast. they jump, they make a house with the cushions and the blankets it's the best moment of the day.

i love it all, but i think i'd love the camilla + elizabeth print the most!

MVH, Johanna

I'm sure:The Fika cups! for a travel back in my childhood.

i would really love the ceramic polaroid camera. it makes the loveliness of polaroids instant, turning the retro camera into a beautiful plain white symbol of time and emotions :)

jersey bedlinen from beach house company! it looks amazingly comfortable and EXACTLY what i've been looking for to use in my bedroom!!!

I would be so glad if i could win the wonderful white bedlinen. I'm sure, I (better say: we) will love it!!!!
Lot of greetings form Germany
Sandra

Those Fika cups are just so lovely. I have dreams of one day having my little artworks on a whole range of goodies, so I admire that Sandra has made it happen!

Today is my gorgeous baby boy's first birthday. And the 19th is the day (one year ago) that we were united with him through the most amazing adoption. After waiting unsuccessfully for 3 years for an international adoption we decided to explore the idea of a domestic adoption. Two hours after an overwhelming meeting with an adoption lawyer we were miraculously united with our new born baby! Without a single baby item in our house we came home with a brand new baby. Life has been a whirlwind since. I can't believe it has been a year! My husband and I went from a virtually carefree life with few responsibilities to being parents. It has been a sleepless year but a wonderful year and I can't wait for the years ahead. My little one and I like to snuggle and nap together and having a fresh set of new sheets would make our dream time together more wonderful I am sure. Watching him sleep is like a dream I never knew I had. My wish is for savoring all the amazing moments ahead with my amazing little boy and more restful sleep with my husband!

I would love to snuggle up in a new bedlinen set.
A great set of sheets would be a such a treat!

Hello, I am an out-of-work artist who appreciates your blog. I am inspired by the artists you feature online. I really like the Fika Cups by Sandra Isaksson. Also - I like the poster "Friends of Violet." Those 2 paticular artists inspire me to keep making art with the hope to sell online one day. :) Thanks you ~

What a wonderful giveaway! I love everything it's really hard to choose. My fiancé and I could really use some cozy sheets for cold nights though!

This is my first visit to your blog and I love it! Just last week I was thinking there needs to be a design blog like this...and here you are.
I would love to win the all white sheet set as I just moved into my own place after a relationship break-up. i'm starting from scratch with nothing...and I feel like going all white this time around....something clean and new and fresh....like my new beginning.

I just received the Bill & Blossom tray for Valentine's Day, and would love to add the Fika cups from Isak Design to our home ... such a fresh style, I love everything in their shop! I'm after the leaf cups next ... :-D

The sheets! Oh my gosh, I love jersey sheets and you can never have enough :)

wow, so much beautiful stuff! Please Please Please pick me to with the amazing Polaroid camera! My dear cousin is a professional photographer and always does our family pictures, and there is no way I could afford her if she didn't just offer! I would love to give the camera to her to show her how much i love her!

Gosh, what I wouldn't do for that ceramic Polaroid camera. I've got a huge collection of vintage cams. This particular one would make it jealous. :)

My WISH is for the BEDLINEN.

Fika cups would sit pretty and drink happy in my new kitchen..... Friends of Violet poster would hang beautiful and inspire daily in my daughter's bedroom. It would indeed be such a privilege to win!

The bed linen would be devine! Here's hoping :)

Hi I have been reading your blog for a while, so much inspiration and beautiful photos.
I am going to be a new mum again and would love to win the jersey bedlinen from Beach House Company. Autumn and then winter will be here soon in the southern hemisphere and with a new baby it will be nice to snuggle in bed when it is cooler. Thanks!

i love the polaroid camera and that's my wish. simply because i want to brighten up my boring apartment!

thank you!

I love, love, love the Fika Cups. I saw them and it was like they were tugging at my heart! There is just something about the beautiful, simple design of them that is soothing to me.

Hi Emma!
I lalalalalove the lovely set of two Fika cups. I don't have any cups for my everyday espresso (so I used to drink it in big cups and I really don't like it). They are so cute with the happy faces and the handleless design. They would make the perfect beginning to every day an to my espresso-cup collection!
Pleasant anticipation greetings from Germany, Cori

I would die for the bedlinen!
I have a little boy who is 7 years tomorrow(birthdayboy), and until now he has slept between me and my husband .... Have been hopeless to get him to sleep through the night in his own bed.
But now when he finally makes it, I would really enjoy to curl up in bed so wonderful and knowing that I can sleep undisturbed all night :-) Lovely!

Have a great day!

Hej,

I would love to have the white bedlinen! I just moved from a little room at a studenthouse to a studentappartement, everything for me alone! So by now the only bedlinen I have are from ikea :) It would be awesome to really have some proper bedlinnen, going by my new doublebed I just got from my grandparents. In the weekends my boyfriend is here and I would love to snuggle up all day in that comfy (well I guess it's really comfy) bedlinen all day!
Much love,
Nynke

Ohh Underbart!

white jearsy bed linnen!

Oh I would love to have the Fika Cups because I fell in love with them some months ago when I discovered them featured in an other blog and also because I just moved it with my boyfried and they would be perfect to share our morning coffee :)

They are all loveley give aways, but the one thing that would make me happy to win would be the friends of Violet poster. My husband and I are going through the emotional drama of trying to have a baby, I'm positive that one way or another we're gonna make it, and then the poster would be so nice to hang over the little chaps bed. The colours are so peaceful and the little friends almost are like guardian angels, and who don't need a guardian angel?

(If I don't make it i really think the girl who's grandmother made the drawings should win (Deanna). It was such a nice story.)

Lots of love.

Hi Emma!
Ijust read your Etsy post (love it) and headed over here. I have to say I chose the sheet set. With 5 people in the house we never have enough linens and these look like a treat!
I'm going to explore your blog now.
Thanks,
Liane

woops, forgot to fill in the email and URL before but it still posted...

Hej Emma!

Hi E.
I dont know if you can "hear" my wish amongst all these people but i´ll give it a try anyway.

I wish I could give the ceramic Polaroid camera to my best friend, my partner, sambo and love Anna. She is an aspiring photographer. When we first started dating I told her that I had a Polaroid camera and she got all jealous of my age and that we "oldies" had all the cool stuff. I´m only 5 year older. hehe. Well, we just moved to our very own bought apartment and we renovated everything by are selfs. Yay us girls! :) It´s been rocky for us, living in a renovation project and Now when we just finished the biggest project, the kitchen, we can focus on decorating and healing our relationship. Well, she took a wall and said, this will be our photowall. All our grate moments and photos! That ceramic Polaroid camera would look grate by her photowall and would be a great gift.

Thanks for the word, your blog and a chance to make a wish!

The Polaroid camera is something I’d never think of buying. But I have learned that crazy things usually please me more in the long run. (For example a yellow Lego "sculpture" that found a place on my bookcase by mere chance.) So, I think the Polaroid and I would be happy with each other.

Peas and love,
Anna

I love your blog and I would looove the Sandra Isaksson cups as she is a big favourite of mine. Hej da!

I can't even imagine how nice it would be to get the beautiful set of bed sheets! After riding my bike home from work late in the evening in this extremely cold and snowy winter we're having up here in Umeå, it would be awesome to snuggle under these. I don't think I have been completely warm since sometime late november last year. Bet this would help. :)

Kanske rentav lite filmiska..

I'm in the process of decorating my new living room (I moved in just a couple of months ago). I'm thinking a little bit of black and white, a little bit of oak and then some natural colors and light pastels to "cozy things up" :) The most difficult part is finding nice things to hang on my walls. I think the fun and cozy colors+patterns+figures of the Friends of Violet poster would fit perfectly with the style I am aiming for! So that poster is what I wish for :)

My boyfriend and I have just decided to move together soon - but until then, we're having a..erm, köpstop in place, so we can buy some nice furniture when we do move in! Some every day luxury in the form of those awfully nice bedlinen would help keep our eyes on the price!

Thank you Emma,
I feel like I am one in a big crowd trying to get your attention and saying 'yes please..look here...choose me'!
Thank you for the kind gesture (and also for your lovely blog). My choice is the white bed linen - it would be a gift to my partner, Mr X, who sometimes works and lives far away from me in Mocambique. It would be used as a celebration for his home coming and also of all well crafted and inspirational things!

The Studio Violet poster, please! Perfect for my daughter's room...by the way, our peanuts are just days apart. Love your blog!

I wish for the two beautifull cups to help me through my diploma! I am an architect student and I have just started my diploma that will be finished 1. september. This means no vacations for me in 2010! I will be in school all summer, trying to forget that my family is enyoing themselves on the beach, and hopefully miss me... In this situation one needs motivation, and something beautiful to drink coffee from when workdays turns into worknights...
Wish, wish!

Hi, I would like to win the white jersey bedlinen, not because they are so beautiful but because I would like to make my kids jealous. I buy fancy things only for them and the result is that they have a bedroom cooler than mine. Where is the justice?

(sorry if I made some mistakes, I'm Italian)

I NEED this red cow.
I really NEED it.
To learn swedish for example.

Hej! What a great and very genereous idea to have a giveaway! I've only ever slept in IKEA cotton bedlinen, and your text about jersey bedlinen made me curious. I just read about the differences between jersey bedlinen and ordinary cotton ones, and it would be so exciting to try this! I live with my fiancé and we use our old childhood-bedlinen (very cute, but we're 26 and 30). I think it's time for us to grow up, and for the bedroom to look a bit more elegant :) Wish wish, jag håller tummarna, kramar turamuletten och hänger upp hästskon ovanför dörren :)

oh, thank you! I would like to win a set of two Fika cups. they seem so sweet!

oh wow. what a beautiful selection of goods!
i love the bedsheets! but that beautiful ceramic polaroid is just fantastic.

Hi Emma,

What a great giveaway! I would love to win the milk poster. I grew up in the 80's and have been drinking milk every dag since then. On Saturday evening I just add some alcohol... ;)

I make my wish for me and my love : bedsheets. they look super soft, relaxing, lovely and they promis ideal coudling. I never won anything in my life, but i feel my luck is turning

hi emma, i don't really want to win anything. i would just like my sister to win (natasa - above), who is just redecorating and furnishing her small flat - on a very limited budget, and being such an avid admirer of your blog, she wants to do everything in white, together with the white sheets:) thanx!!

I would LOVE to win the ARLA poster. I am a huge fan of the Arla milk design and strive daily for a norwegian dairy-company that I work with to be as consitent and bold as the Sweeds : )
Check out our design at
http://www.dinamo.no/arbeider/redesign-av-tinemelk

Wow that bed linen sounds divine. I would to curl up in that everyday. Although I may never leave. All items are lovely love - I wish for them all!

Hi Emma!

Oh, I would love to win bedlinen for a double bed!
Reason:
I have been married with the world´s loveliest man soon for 9 years (we´re celebrating 23.2. :D).
...so I would looooove to have something such lovely for a surprise-present!

Dear Emma,

I'd love to win the set of white jersey bedlinen from Beach House Company.

Why? I think sleeping is one of the most precious things in life, and I think it should be worshipped. The problem is, I'm a really stressful sleeper. If I have an early morning coming, I keep waking up several times in the middle of the night! I just can't relax. Also my bed isn't really that comfortable - I'm not looking forward going to my bed. I believe that a perfect bedlinen could help me to achieve the perfect sleep.

I would looooove the Arla mjölk poster - I was an Erasmus student in Sweden in the 90s and this poster in my kitchen would make me think of those times (good times!) every day again!

Hei Emma,

dear giveaway,

have i ever told you how wonderful you are? although everything that you are giving away is absolutely brilliant, i have to pick just one, but i'm going to cheat....i'm so in love with you that i'm going to pick three. how i'd love to lie awake in the morning in those bed linens, staring across the room at my anyhow ceramic camera which would be posed neatly underneath my studio violet poster...? oh how i love thee! please, please if you, giveaway, would but give me one of those items, alas, ANY of your items, i would love you forever.

thank you.

a love letter from yours truly.

Hi! It's really difficult to choose just one giveaway, since all of them are gorgeous!Anyway, I would love to have the Fika cups, they are beautiful, the design simply perfect! I would use them to drink my coffee or tea whenever is cold as well as share it with my daughter to play "tea for girls"with her. She loves to pretend she's grown up, and everytime we play together she sets the table, serves cookies and tells me "Let's play!" It would be lovely to play with these adorable cups!

Thanks for the opportunity, and by the way your Blog is amazing!!!
See you,
Carmen.

As a foreigner, I absolutely love the milk poster with the little cow! It not only brings a smile to my face put it would look delightful on my office wall. I don't have a lot of extra cash these days to purchase quirky and fun items like this so being picked would really make my day. I would really appreciate having this very cool item so please pick me! Thank you for the opportunity!

I should like to win the bed sheets, so I can finally commit to buying a bed that size for them to outfit!
xxa

It's very hard to pick as all the options are just too cool. I must go with the Fika cups by Sandra Isaksson because they remind me of my trip to Sweden. I went with my dear, Swedish friend Robert. On every foreign trip I try to learn the local language as best I can. Swedish was really hard for me. Robert, taught me a phrase to dialogue with him every time we passed a Swede on the street so that I could sound Swedish and hip.
me: Vill du fika?
Robert: ja duvu er bra (sorry on spelling)
So, I'd smile every time I drank from these cups because of their design and because of the story I just told you.
Thanks for your great blog.

Definitely the set of white jersey bedlinen. I love crisp, white sets of sheets. So cozy and clean!

I love Fika cups. If I could win them they will remind me Scandinavia every time I see them. It could make this long and cold winter little bit happier:)

I would like the Friends of Violet poster. The colours and the figures are amazing and would look perfectly humoristic and unpretentious in my new kitchen...

Tea & Chats is my favorite past time so I'd love the Fika Mugs!
I love your blog by the way!

Oh, the jersey sheets! My husband & I live in Vermont, & they are so soft & cozy, they would make our dreaming-life very wonderful, indeed. Crisp white sheets, like the snow outside!

Those Fika mugs! And if I win them, will you then come over for a cup of tea? Or it may be a good reason to come over to Sweden, pick them up, have a cup of tea (I'll make fudge and chocolate cake and much more of those delicious things (does this influence the draw ;-)) and then visit my friends who emigrated to Sweden. Hmm, i'll keep my fingers crossed!

I would loooove to win the bed linen or the Fika cups. We have just splashed out all our money on getting the Canadian architect Tod Saunders to draw a fantastic summer house for us, in a fjord in west Norwegian. Fantastic location. Fantastic architecture. But now we are really just sooo poor that we can not afford to buy anything to put in the summer house. Not that we need much - the view itself is amazing. But something to keep us warm and cosy in bed or a cup of tea to enjoy while studying the view would be nice. I promise to send you pics if you go for us ; )

here is a link to Tods site: http://www.saunders.no/pro_01_01.html

Hey! Those two colorful boxes would make my husband's life so much easier! I wouldn't need to hide his keys, chewing gums, phones (yes two of them), coins (and everything he carries in his pockets) every time in a different place after finding all this stuff from our dining table... Those little boxes are so fresh and cool that I'd happily let those sit in the middle of our dining table and hold all his very important stuff there in one place.

hi emma

love the giveaway options, so hard to choose! i would like the bedsheets (or the porcelain polaroid sculpture)!

thanks!

Oh! The Handmade Ceramic Polaroid Camera is exquisite! As a lover of handmade and of "one-of-a-kind", this piece would be a welcome addition to the little Quebec cottage home I share with my partner, who until recently was an avid Polaroid photographer. Not only would it fit in well with our home's aesthetic, it would be a wonderful memorial to a simpler time in photographic history, and to my partner's love of Polaroid.
Thanks so much!

I would love the win the Swedish milk print. Although I didn't grow up in Sweden, I did grow up with a Swedish grandmother who was always telling me to drink my Mjolk (she always peppered her speech with Swedish words -- I loved it!) She and my mother are both gone now, but this vibrant print hanging in my kitchen would be a wonderful reminder of them!

What a lovely giveaway -- thank you for the opportunity.

/Anna

The bed linens...I'm one of the few left that still sleeps on (in)a double bed! And this would make it every so much more cozyfied.

Those lovely jersey sheets would make our homecoming perfect when we finally get to move back home after three months total renovation of our apartment! I know the first morning back home will be brilliant but those linens would just be the final touch...

ps.Your blog is huge inspiration, thank ever so much!

I would love to win the sheets. We have a basement-level bedroom and it gets really cold at night in NY. Those would be perfect to keep the bed warm and cozy.

oh, i didn't know you had to make wishes :) so i'll come back and tell you.
it's friday, and what i wish for most is a delicious pizza and a late night of movies. tomorrow morning i wish to sleep late, waking up to sunshine on my crumpled bed sheets and endless cups of tea and toast while i read my book until it's time for lunch. the perfect saturday morning.

I wish I could go into hibernation. I wish I that bed linen could accompany me. I wish the snow would. Go. Away. But more is coming tonite tomorrow and the day after.

Any of them, but the cups are really nice and wish'able :-)

I would like to wish for the ceramic polaroid camera. My boyfriend's a huge fan of polaroids and always takes his camera with him. With this ceramic one I could maybe trick him and have his cam for a day or two...

I instantly fell in love with the cups. Besides the beautiful design I love their size, like a children's cup. They're cups that makes every sip enjoyable! They're nostalgic and modern in a lovely way. The box only adds to that children's feeling of getting a present...

I love the Mjolk poster; its quirky, retro and unashamedly fun! It instantly made me smile and I know that every morning I would feel the same on seeing it in my little kitchen! It reminded me of when I was a kid, and I think we all need to embrace our inner kid now and then!

I wish for the tea cup set...I went to school in mass for art and got into ceramics and had to make 100 tea cups. I ended up giving away most and ever since I've collected tea cups to remind me of that time and just the art of how one object can take on so many looks. )

I hope I'm not too late! I would love the sheet set. My boyfriend and I just split up after 4 years and I feel like I need a new start, fresh sheets! It's important to start with a clean slate and I feel energy can be stored in things so that would be a lovely gift....Thank you and I love your blog....K

the sheets. out of curiosity what it's like to have sex on jersey sheets:)

I think I am too late :-(. But I would love the swedish milk carton print to hang in my blue bedroom. A year ago I was planning to move to Sweden this month but our plans changed and now we must stay in New Zealand for another 5 years (sadly for me). I love Sweden and everything Swedish and would love to have this happy print to remind me that I will get there one day! x

How very generous of you.
Being a designer fascinated with all things clean, simple and white much like your blog, the white bed linen seems aptly wishful. This would be my way of introducing more of my favorite color much to the dismay of people around me and hoping the comfort factor described by you would make up for getting yet another thing white.

Such a lovely giveaway. Would love the sheet set. I have just started graduate studies and seem to spend all of my time working in the studio and so little time getting sleep. It would be wonderful to come home to these.

Well, i've just landed in France, back home, from a 4 months trip in Argentina -mostly Buenos Aires. As i can't get to sleep, being too excited to re-unite with my favorite cat, beautiful flat (in which i moved one month only before leaving), french bread (i already ate toooo much), french cheese (can one eat "too much" cheese?), etc, i'm wandering around my favorite blogs... And here i read: Last chance to comment to win a fabulous bed-sheets set! That's exactly what i need! I'd roll up as a cinnamon roll in them, with my two cats (including the favorite one), my lover too, and all my fabulous rememberance of Buenos Aires, and Cafayate, and Salta, etc. And as i would sleep deeply surrounded by those marvelously sweet and soft bed-sheets, briliant ideas would pop up, somptuous projects would florish, love would expand all over, and i'd finally wake up HAPPY as a bumble bee in my "new" home. And then, fresh and enlightened, i'd go out on my beloved Jopo bike and explore the world again, starting from my very near neighbourhood. Yes, that's what i'd do. love & thanks anyway for the dream!

...Oooh and the little knots on them! i just saw this incredibly loveable detail! THIS definitely would make my life a much softer playground! Now i'm wishing for them. Let me go out and tell my wishing-star in secret***

I hope I'm not too late! I discovered your blog from Etsy's Guest Curator link, where I sell my paintings.

I would love almost everything you are offering, but since my favorite old flannel sheets just disintegrated, the jersey sheet set would be splendid.

And since it's been quite snowy and cold here where I live, the sheets would keep me luxuriously toasty and warm...dreaming of cream and strawberries.

I would live the win the small fikacups,an xtra happy touch to my kitchentable!!

Agreed Emma... Jersey Knit is simply the best! I'm not sure if you can order from Target (in the US) but they have jersey knit sheets in many different colors every season for about $20 USD per set.
