Christmas tree rug or nursery rug?

I recieved an email from Åhléns, a Swedish highstreet chain, with their new Christmas collection. I'm not one to decorate much for Christmas really, but I did like this rug they showed. It's supposed to be put under the Christmas tree, but I thought it might look nice in the nursery instead? It's made from wool felt, but it's not that "christmassy", don't you think? This rug is small enough (only 100 cm in diameter) to fit into Elvis' tiny room, and it's cheap, so I think I'll just buy it and see if it looks good...

    I think it would be lovely attached to a slightly larger circle of off-white felted wool. Then it would be quite a robust little rug, too.

    Jessie, sorry but they don't even have a Swedish webshop so I highly doubt they will ship to the UK.

    I like it and I'm with you I can see it in other areas as well. In the nursery sounds nice and if it's too small maybe you can do more than one carpet. It covers your steps without taking over the entire room.
