Here I am!
Hi everyone! Sorry I was gone for so long! The reason? I'm pregnant. And all you mums out there know that the first few months of pregnancy are just a grey mass of nausea and fatigue, napping and going to bed at 7 pm... So there was just no energy left to go looking for cool design stuff.
I'm feeling much better now though, so my plan is to give you all a huge pile of posts with stuff that has just been waiting around to get posted! They might be a bit sparse on words, because I'm still not back into full swing, but it's better than nothing, right? And my guess is that most of you come here for the pictures anyway, so...
First off is this apartment, styled by Sasa Antic for the Swedish magazine Residence.

Congratulations! That is just amazing. Is it your first child. Don´t mind me I always get so excited when I hear peolpe are having a baby. I myself have two - but they are 4 and 6 and not babys at all...

I love this apartment, the bookshelves in particular look so happy - they've got the multi-coloured backs of the books to work with the interior (which I find really difficult to do)

Well, if you are going to be out-of-commission I can't think of a better reason. Congratulations.
That post of the home is so interesting. Why does it seem so stylish and yet relaxed. Americans often have a hard time getting that to happen. I think it probably had a lot to do with the stylist, Sasa Antic. (I will have to look at her site.) but also some sort of european sensibility that is less about impressing others and more about pleasing yourself.

Congratulations! My son is five now, but oh, I do remember those first few months of absolute exhaustion.
