Maria Thorén has created five fairytale inspired patterns as her graduation project at HDK (a Swedish art and design school). Her thoughts has gone to childhood, to piles of clothes that became witches, clouds that turned into pirate ships and grandma's medallion wallpaper that was full of lions only Maria could see. She has created patterns that are to bring us back to the land of fairytales, to the clothes-witches and wallpaper-lions.
